These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tools 2 You website located at tools2you.com.au and any purchases you make through this site. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Tools 2 You is an Australian business supplying specialty mechanic tools to trade professionals and consumers across Australia. ABN details are available on request.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

An order is accepted only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Tools 2 You does not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise the full transaction amount to be charged to your nominated payment method.

We ship to addresses within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Tools 2 You is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. If an item is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at mike@tools2you.com with your order details.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly supplied. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Specialty tools that have been used, modified, or are not in original condition are not eligible for return unless covered by a warranty claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tools 2 You's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Our tools are designed for use by qualified trade professionals. Misuse or use by unqualified persons is undertaken at the user's own risk. Always follow manufacturer service procedures and relevant workplace health and safety requirements.

All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Tools 2 You and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
